Starting the Ryobi RYi2200 is a piece of cake

It’s so user-friendly, with a LED lights security system alerting you when there’s an overload or when oil level is too low, you don’t need to be an engineer to make it work.
Starting:
After the first priming startup, starting the RYi2200 is a piece of cake. Much easier than most devices I’ve used. You can start, put off and run the generator with one only switch.

To start the engine, flip the switch to start mode then give it one or two pulls. Important: at the first start we pulled 8 times before getting a continuous running from the 1.75 hp engine. When the engine is in idle mode, you leave it in “Start” position for a while so that the engine warms up. After that, flip to the “Run” position as shown in this ryobi 2200 generator review . The speed will increase and you’re ready to power your stuff.
TIP: Put the Auto-Idle on as much as you can. You’ll save a lot of fuel and keep the engine quietly running.
Power:
With an average of 1800w when running, the RYi2200 isn’t a power station at all, but it’ll run a lot of tools, apparatuses and electronics. It can power heavy tools, a television, a fridge and even a mw. It’s not for lighting your home during a blackout. This machine is for tripping and powering your needs when you’re working outside, camping or RVing.

Price:
Around $600, one of the best prices you’ll find in the market for a generator this capacity. With the optimal size for transporting and presenting all the features you may need, the value-to-cost ratio is more than acceptable, I would say.
